Frequency – Somatic Alignment is a sound-based practice that uses live music and vibration to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and internal coherence. The body is invited to listen first — not with the mind, but through sensation, resonance, and subtle internal response.

Music is approached as a living medium that interacts directly with the nervous system. Rather than stimulating or distracting, sound here creates a stable field where emotions can surface, move, and settle naturally, without effort or interpretation.

This method offers a quiet, contained space in which alignment emerges through listening, allowing the body to find its own rhythm and resolution.

Sound as a container for emotional integration

Sessions are guided by live music performed with acoustic instruments chosen for their tonal depth and vibrational clarity. The violin, along with resonant instruments such as bowls, gongs, and bells, is used to shape a coherent sound environment that supports presence and emotional safety.

Sound functions as a container rather than a performance. Changes in tone, harmony, and rhythm gently guide attention, helping the nervous system shift from vigilance to receptivity. Emotional states are not analyzed or expressed verbally; they are sensed, processed, and integrated through resonance.

Participants are invited to remain still and receptive, allowing sound to move through the body and support release, settling, and clarity at their own pace.
