Adelina
Adelina is the host of Verda Wellness Club, a retreat guide and book author with over two decades of personal and professional immersion in the world of wellness. Her work is grounded in deep study and lived experience, with a particular focus on herbalism, nervous system regulation, and the intelligence of natural rhythms. As a certified herbalist, she brings plants, infusions, and formulations into her retreats not as trends, but as precise allies for restoration and balance. Adelina is also the creator of Inner Sanctuary, a meditation method adapted to modern life, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary practices to cultivate inner safety, clarity, and presence.
Her approach to wellness continues to evolve through ongoing training as a QiGong teacher and Emotion Code practitioner, enriching her work with refined tools for energy flow, emotional release, and embodied awareness. Alongside her role in wellness, Adelina remains active in the fast-paced world of technology startups, giving her a rare and nuanced understanding of performance, pressure, and modern complexity. This dual perspective shapes her presence as a host: calm, perceptive, and quietly confident. She guides guests with elegance and precision, helping them restore vitality and coherence through practices that are intelligent, sustainable, and fully compatible with real, demanding lives.
At Verda, Adelina creates spaces that are both held and intentional, where people feel safe enough to slow down and attentive enough to listen. Her hosting style is intuitive yet structured, blending care with clarity and depth with simplicity. Guests often describe her presence as grounding and precise — someone who knows when to guide, when to hold space, and when to step back so insight and change can unfold naturally.
Guillermo
Guillermo is a host at Verda Wellness Club, bringing a grounded, embodied approach to movement, structure, and daily practice. With a strong background in strength training and running, he works with the body as a system that builds resilience through consistency rather than force. His work focuses on developing strength, stamina, and confidence in ways that are sustainable, adaptable, and responsive to real-life demands.
Alongside movement, Guillermo brings his experience in professional bartending into the wellness space, transforming mixology into a refined, health-conscious craft. Drawing on years behind the bar, he now creates thoughtful blends that support balance, enjoyment, and social ritual without excess. This combination of physical training and conscious mixology reflects his belief that wellness is not a separate practice, but a way of living that integrates strength, pleasure, and structure.
His work continues to evolve through ongoing training in sports nutrition, allowing him to support movement practices with intelligent nutritional guidance, from strength-focused fueling to restorative juicing and hydration. This integrated approach helps guests understand how training, nourishment, and recovery work together as one system rather than separate efforts. Guillermo’s interest in nutrition is practical and precise, aimed at enhancing performance and wellbeing without complexity or excess.
At Verda, Guillermo’s presence is steady, energetic, and quietly motivating. He supports guests in building routines that feel supportive rather than restrictive, helping them translate intention into habit with clarity and ease. Guests often describe his approach as practical and reassuring — someone who brings focus, rhythm, and confidence, making wellness feel achievable, embodied, and lasting.
Liz is a host at Verda Wellness Club who brings together embodied practice, creative inquiry, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
With a background in running her own personal wellness clinic, she approaches health and vitality through sustainable, body-led practices rather than short-term fixes, emphasizing strength, self-awareness, and long-term coherence. Her work is informed by training in energy work and bioresonance, supporting guests in accessing more subtle layers of regulation within the nervous system and lived experience. This perspective allows her to guide processes of balance and recalibration that extend beyond symptoms, fostering a sense of integration that is both grounded and quietly transformative.
Alongside her work in wellness, Liz is a photographer and writer who uses portraiture and narrative as tools for reflection, presence, and self-understanding. At Verda Wellness Club, she invites guests to slow down and observe themselves more clearly — exploring identity as it unfolds through the body, creative expression, and moment-to-moment awareness.
She brings particular sensitivity to themes of transition and ageing, informed by her experience as a mother of grown-up twins and her ongoing writing on ageing through a lens of vitality, curiosity, and inner strength.
In recent years, Liz has worked extensively in retreat environments, holding space for reflective inquiry and supporting meaningful change through intentional, embodied practices.
Liz’s presence is gentle, perceptive, and quietly steady. She offers structure without rigidity and support without overwhelm, creating spaces where guests feel safe to slow down, reconnect inwardly, and access insights that carry naturally into everyday life.
Liz
Gabriel is a sound and emotional experience designer at Verda Wellness Club, working with music as a precise and embodied tool for nervous system regulation, attention, and emotional integration.
Professionally trained as a musician with perfect pitch and two master’s degrees in chamber music and performance, his path has been shaped by a deep sensitivity to tone, harmony, and vibration — not only as musical elements, but as living forces that shape perception, emotional states, and internal coherence.
Trained as a violinist, Gabriel approaches sound not as performance or decoration, but as a subtle architecture for restoration and presence. His work explores the relationship between sound, silence, and embodied awareness, and how rhythm, harmony, and vibration can soften psychological tension, stabilize emotional states, and create safe conditions for inner transition and regulation.
Alongside his musical work, Gabriel is undergoing training in Tai Chi and Taoist internal arts in Wudang, China, within a lineage that emphasizes balance, energetic circulation, and stillness within movement.
At Verda Wellness Club, Gabriel creates musical journeys, live sound sessions, and sonic environments that accompany meditation, movement practices, and moments of reflection. His role is to translate internal states — such as calm, release, grief, clarity, or grounding — into acoustic experiences that guests can physically sense and safely inhabit.
His approach is quiet, precise, and deeply intentional. Rather than overwhelming the senses, he works with restraint and sensitivity, allowing sound to become a supportive structure where guests can slow down, process, and reconnect with their own internal rhythm.
Gabriel’s presence is steady and perceptive — someone who listens before shaping, and who knows when to guide and when to step back so the experience itself can unfold naturally.
