All following activities are included in all our retreats packages, subject to availability during your reservation process

Meditation - Inner Sanctuary

  • We will guide you to create your own inner safe space with the power of your imagination, through both workshops and guided meditations. This will then be always accessible to you for any meditation practice and for daily activities when you need a quick respite.

  • We will do group sessions with guided meditations for various personal and professional goals, both at Verda House and on the mountain facing Montserrat.

  • We will enjoy together a group session with free movement for emotional expression based on a curated playlist featuring songs with very appealing lyrics for introspection.

  • You have the opportunity to start an easy hike right in front of Verda House, on a beautiful mountain path with spectacular views of Montserrat and Barcelona. We encourage introspection and mindful walking, so this activity can be done individually or as a group.

Detox - Body Temple

  • We have created a unique approach to detox, inspired by modern science and ancient wisdom, that goes through different steps of 2-4 weeks each, in an order that enables the body to heal itself. We will share this method with you and have conversations, covering any questions you might have and any adaptations you might need.

  • We will go together through the first step of the Detox - Body Temple method, and start a nervous system reset and glucose regulation protocol. We will do so through a series of supplements, teas, essential oils, and cooking workshops. We will provide you with a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) to be able to start understanding how your body reacts to different foods and what it needs to stabilize glucose in order to restore harmony.

  • All meals and snacks are included during your stay, and they are based on organic, seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients, cooked smartly. We also offer the possibility to adapt the food to any diet you are on or contemplate trying during the retreat.

  • Enjoy restorative sessions on a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat, complemented by personalized aromatherapy using essential oils selected from our curated collection of more than forty rare and purposeful essences. To extend the experience beyond the retreat, you will also take part in a hands-on workshop where you create your own custom blend, learning how to use aromatherapy as a supportive practice at home.

Workouts - Vitality Rituals

  • Take part in guided QiGong sessions — a gentle, slow-moving practice that combines breath, attention, and fluid movement to support energy flow and nervous system regulation. The movements are simple, accessible, and adaptable to all levels, helping the body release tension, improve circulation, and regain a sense of grounded vitality. QiGong offers a way to move without strain, building energy rather than spending it, and leaving you feeling calm, centered, and quietly strong.

  • Explore the mountain paths just beyond Verda House through guided hikes or light running sessions, adapted to different energy levels and rhythms. Moving through nature at a natural pace supports circulation, clears the mind, and helps the body reset without pressure or performance. Whether walking or running, these sessions invite you to reconnect with your breath, your stride, and the surrounding landscape — allowing movement and environment to work together in restoring clarity and vitality.

  • Participate in strength training sessions designed to build resilience without overloading the system. These workouts focus on functional movement, stability, and progressive strength, helping the body feel capable, supported, and balanced rather than strained. Training is complemented by sports nutrition guidance, with properly timed meals and supportive supplements to enhance recovery, strength gains, and energy — ensuring effort is met with the nourishment it requires.

  • Engage in cardiovascular sessions through swimming or using a rowing machine, adapted to your capacity and energy on the day. These low-impact, rhythmic movements support heart health, circulation, and endurance without excess strain. Each session is followed by time in the sauna, allowing the body to release tension, improve circulation, and transition gently from effort into deep relaxation and recovery.

Perception - Inner Mirror

  • This photography workshop uses self-portraiture as a quiet tool for understanding self-image beyond appearance, inviting participants to observe how identity, emotion, and presence express themselves through posture, facial expression, and subtle bodily cues; rather than focusing on technique or aesthetics, the practice emphasizes awareness and curiosity, allowing photography to function as a mirror that reveals habitual patterns and inner states, supporting a more compassionate, truthful, and grounded relationship with how one sees oneself.

  • This creative writing practice uses simple, guided prompts to support self-reflection and meaning-making through language, inviting participants to write from lived experience rather than explanation or analysis; the focus is on sensing what wants to be expressed — memory, emotion, or transition — and allowing words to emerge as a form of integration, helping clarify personal narratives and cultivate a more spacious, compassionate relationship with one’s own story.

  • These sessions use live violin to create sustained harmonic environments that interact directly with the nervous system through tone, resonance, and subtle variation; rather than melodic performance, the instrument is played as a continuous field of sound that guides attention inward, helping emotions surface and settle while supporting a felt sense of coherence, safety, and internal order.

  • Singing bowls, gongs, bells, and other acoustic instruments are introduced for their vibrational depth and grounding qualities, allowing sound to move through the body as sensation rather than stimulus; the layered resonance supports emotional processing without verbalization, helping release tension, soften mental activity, and restore calm through sustained listening and embodied reception.

Lifestyle - Daily Alchemy

  • Join smart cooking workshops designed to simplify nourishment without sacrificing quality or pleasure. You’ll learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals in five minutes or less, using available ingredients, intuitive combinations, and creative mixes that adapt to real-life constraints. These sessions encourage you to listen to your body’s signals, trust your taste and needs, and turn everyday cooking into a supportive, efficient ritual rather than a time-consuming task.

  • Take part in mixology workshops that explore both alcoholic and alcohol-free creations, designed to elevate everyday drinks into thoughtful, impressive treats. You’ll learn the fundamentals of cocktail making — balance, texture, aroma, and presentation — and how to apply them intuitively using simple tools and accessible ingredients. These sessions turn mixology into a creative, social ritual, offering new ways to enjoy flavor, craft, and connection with intention and ease.

  • Participate in a series of workshops that combine creative drawing with guided meditation to clarify your values, goals, and inner priorities. Through visual expression and reflective practices, you’ll identify what truly matters and translate it into simple, actionable ways of living. These sessions support the creation of personal rituals that feel authentic, sustainable, and naturally integrated into daily life — offering structure without rigidity and direction without pressure.

  • Take part in an integration workshop focused on translating insight into structure. Through guided reflection, simple planning tools, and rhythm mapping, you’ll design a personal framework that aligns values, energy, and responsibilities over time. The goal is not to create rigid plans, but to establish a living structure — one that supports clarity, prioritization, and consistency, and can adapt as life evolves.

Other activities

  • Spend unstructured time in our secluded garden, shared with a small community of freely roaming rabbits. Guests may enjoy breakfast outdoors, write or journal in solitude, or sit with a cup of tea while the gentle, playful yet quiet presence of the animals naturally slows the pace. These moments invite softness, attentiveness, and a return to simple connection — offering calm without instruction and ease without effort.

  • Spend time in the garden learning how to tend, plant, and harvest with your own hands, guided by the rhythm of the land rather than instruction alone. These moments invite a direct, physical connection with soil, plants, and seasonal cycles, offering a quiet sense of grounding and perspective. Gardening at Verda is less about productivity and more about attentiveness — reconnecting effort, patience, and presence through simple, meaningful interaction with the living environment.

  • Take part in curated excursions to the region’s most beautiful beaches, working farms, ancient ruins, vineyards, and historic castles. These visits are approached as slow explorations rather than sightseeing tours, allowing time to walk, observe, and connect with each place. Experiencing landscapes shaped by nature, cultivation, and history offers perspective and inspiration, grounding the retreat in a deeper sense of place and continuity.

  • Explore herbalism through guided sessions on tea and infusion rituals, learning how to choose plants, prepare simple blends, and work with herbs as daily allies rather than remedies of last resort. Additionally, we will introduce you to plant-based supplements, with an emphasis on how to choose the best supplements in general, and specifically for you. Guests are invited to listen to the body’s signals and, when helpful, use intuitive tools such as plant oracle cards to support reflection and choice — cultivating a relationship with plants that is informed, respectful, and deeply personal.
