Verda House is a private mountain villa surrounded by silence and open views, designed to support rest, clarity, and ease. The house offers four double bedrooms for guests, each arranged for comfort and privacy, with shared and private spaces that invite both retreat and connection. From the terraces and windows, the landscape opens onto the mountains, while hiking and running paths begin directly in front of the house, allowing movement to unfold naturally without planning or transport. The atmosphere is quiet, grounded, and intentionally simple — a setting where the body can soften, attention can settle, and daily rhythm can return.

Our Team

Adelina is the host of Verda Wellness Club, a retreat guide and book author who has been designing and leading immersive wellness experiences for years. She is a certified herbalist and the creator of Inner Sanctuary, a meditation method adapted to modern life that blends ancient wisdom with contemporary practices to support clarity and emotional balance. Adelina also guides a rhythmic, year-long detox path built around a 12-step cycle, moving organ by organ to support the body’s natural renewal processes. Alongside her work in wellness, she operates in the fast-paced world of technology startups as a C-level executive, bringing a rare balance of calm and strength to her work. She is helping people reset, regain vitality, and integrate sustainable practices into real, demanding lives.

Liz brings a rich integration of embodied practice, creative expression, and lifelong curiosity. She has always approached health through the body’s intelligence — blending strength, self-awareness, and sustainable vitality rather than short-term fixes. Her training in energy work and bioresonance deepens her ability to guide guests into subtle systems of regulation and coherence, supporting balance not just on the surface level but within the whole nervous system and lived experience. As a photographer and writer, Liz uses portraiture and narrative practice as tools for self-reflection and presence. At Verda, she invites participants to slow down, see themselves more clearly, and explore identity as it unfolds in the body, in expression, and in moment-to-moment experience. She is especially attuned to the embodied experience of transition and ageing and maintaining vitality with grace, curiosity, and strength. At Verda, she creates spaces where guests can slow down, connect inwardly, and access clarity that carries forward into everyday life — through body-based reflection, creative inquiry, and storytelling that touches both heart and mind. Over recent years, Liz has worked extensively in retreat environments — holding space, guiding reflective inquiry, and supporting long-term change through intentional practices.

Guillermo is a host at Verda Wellness Club with a strong background in movement, including strength training and running, and a practical approach to building consistency and resilience in daily life. He supports guests in developing strength, discipline, and confidence through structured yet adaptable practices that fit naturally into demanding routines. Alongside movement, Guillermo brings his experience in professional bartending into the world of wellness, creating refined, health-focused mixes that transform mixology into a conscious, balanced ritual. Through structure, craft, and thoughtful enjoyment, he helps make wellness a sustainable lifestyle rather than a short-term effort.

Gabriel

Gabriel is a professionally trained musician with two master’s degrees in chamber music and performance. For him, music is not only an art form, but a medium for awareness, balance, and inner refinement. As a musician and experiential sound designer, his work focuses on the emotional and physiological impact of sound on the human system. Trained as a violinist, he approaches sound not as performance or decoration, but as a precise tool for regulating the nervous system, guiding attention, and supporting inner coherence. His practice explores the relationship between sound, silence, and embodied awareness — how vibration, harmony, and rhythm can soften mental tension, stabilize emotional states, and create conditions for deep internal regulation. Alongside his musical work, Gabriel is training in Tai Chi and Taoist internal arts in Wudang, China, within a lineage that emphasizes balance, energetic circulation, and stillness within movement. This immersion informs his understanding of sound as a living force — one that moves through the body much like breath or intention, shaping perception, posture, and emotional tone from within. At Verda Wellness Club, Gabriel creates musical journeys, live sound sessions, and sonic atmospheres that accompany meditation, movement practices, and moments of reflection.
